Everything is about perspective, right? It’s a fact that what you focus on grows.

When you focus on loss, inconvenience and negative energy, your fear and hopelessness grows.

When you focus on positive, motivating voices and influence, your ambition and motivation grows.

Basically, those are two wolves and whichever wolf you feed will grow.

Science shows us that our memories are tied to the high points we experience in life. We all remember where we were and what we were doing at major events in history like 9/11 or the death of a major leader.

We are all dealing with this pandemic from our unique perspectives. I want to share my perspective with you.

I’ve thought about the best way to narrow it down to 3 Perspective Points and these are my top 3.

1. I truly believe that we can be better and stronger from this experience. What can you create for yourself around your mental and physical health that you put off doing before the lockdown? How can you commit to being better and stronger than you were before all this happened?

2. I believe that we can role model the way for our family and friends. How can you lead consciously and intentionally? Are you a positive voice of inspiration and hope or is this crisis causing the worst of you to come out?

3. I believe that we can set ourselves up to win. You’ll always win whatever game you are playing. Show up committed to the breakthrough and not the breakdown. What is your desire? Are you in committed action in your desires and ambitions for the future?

I believe that the universe is giving us a chance to showcase the best of who we are. And, although it’s scary and uncertain as to the massive global effect of this situation, we have choices.

You have the choice to see this as an opportunity to re-calibrate and re-start your life. Whether it’s your health, your relationships or your career.

You have more reason now than you ever had to show up and live your best life. One thing is certain, we are all going to die. Live your life intentionally while you are here.

It is possible to be on lock down and fired up to re-calibrate to what matters most to you. I want to offer you some support on creating some clarity around what that could look like for you.
