Did you ever have someone be short with or snap at you? Of course you have. How did it make you feel?

Did you question what you said that may have caused them this person to react this way? I know I have.

Thoughts entered my head like “what did I do wrong?”, “they must be mad at me”, or perhaps even, “they don’t love/like me”.

Let me invite you to look at things a little differently.

First of all, it’s not about you. It’s about them and what they are experiencing in that moment. Instead of creating stories in your head, take a moment to check-in with them from a place of support and curiosity.

Ask, “did I say or do something to upset you?” or “what do you need in this moment?”

Sometimes, just giving someone space to process their feelings, emotions and reactions is all that is needed.

You don’t need to try to fix everything

Space, without judgement, fear, and anxiety will show up as safety and trust in all of your relationships.

Ready to take control of your life and win every day?
